Experiments

This is a font experiment I made using ink and a paintbrush.

I then edited in Photoshop to experiment with it further. Above it a test I made by adding a satin effect and changing the colours and then copying the original scan of my alphabet to create a shadow behind it.

This is another experiment I did with the same letters. For this, I used three copies of the letters to create layers of shadow behind them. I changed the colour of the letters behind. I used a satin effect on the front layer of pink letters to add texture. I also used a pattern overlay in which I used a white diamond shape.

This experiment was done with the same letters again. I used two copies of the alphabet, one behind to create a shadow, I also lightened the opacity of this layer. The front layer was created using a mosaic filter.
